Quick response and same day turn around. Identified the issue and fixed our car that wouldn’t start. Luis the mechanic was communicative and knowledgeable. Back on the road in the same day and happy!

While visiting our son and his family, needed some minor repair. Not being familiar with local auto repair shops, I randomly contacted Mobile Mechanic Pros San Francisco and talked to Ray. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and willing to have my car towed to his shop and evaluate what was needed. Ray did all the necessary repairs in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Ray and his other crew members for auto repair needs.

Noisy brakes were fixed quickly right at my place. They replaced the needed parts and did a full safety check—now everything runs smooth and quiet.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS IS A CON JOB SHOP. I wasted $240 working with them. Had them replace a serpentine belt that broke. Had to have the job re-done 2 days later by a real mechanic. They wouldn't refund me the money. They even admitted their mechanic didn't do good work, that they fired him after I complained, explaining the experienced mechanic I got to redo the job said it was obvious the tensioner caused the serpentine belt to break, and that the tensioner also needed to be replaced. The phone operator is also unprofessional; refused to take a call, only would talk via texts. And he gave me a lot of double talk when I confronted him about the work they did. GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE WORK.

Pulling away from a stoplight, the car started shaking enough to get my attention immediately. My 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer had been fine the day before, so the sudden change was unsettling. Mobile Mechanic Pros San Francisco diagnosed worn spark plugs and replaced them on the spot. What surprised me wasn’t just that the fix worked, but how obvious the difference felt right away — smoother idle, cleaner acceleration, no hesitation. As someone keeping a close eye on expenses, having it handled efficiently without escalating into something bigger made the whole experience feel genuinely worthwhile.
